Who is CausEffects?

CausEffects raises money by providing its clients with access to a large collection of first-class signed celebrity memorabilia.

Founded in 2003, CausEffects helps non-profit organizations tap into a new set of resources for fundraising. Owner Kort Peters, an autograph collector and philanthropist, realizes the importance of using new techniques to find donations.

To date, CausEffects has raised more than $200,000 for our non-profit clients.

Kort works with each non-profit client to ascertain the best items available for their event. He has a background in public relations for both public and private companies. He also has committed countless hours of community service to organizations in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

From hometown sports heroes to the hottest actors on the big screen, we can supply your auction with an exciting list of autographed memorabilia. Each piece is professionally framed and comes certified authentic by our company.

The best part of our service is our no-risk, no-fee approach.

Every item we provide has a specific reserve value and everything collected above that value goes directly to your organization. If an item doesn’t sell, we return it to our inventory at no charge.

We provide free set-up, delivery and break down of the auction. So you won’t have to worry about transporting our items. We also attend every auction so that we can provide any support regarding the sale of any of our items.

Our Reciprocal Retail Program:

Buy memorabilia directly from us and 10% of the purchase goes to a charity of your choice.

Because we're committed to helping raise money for a good cause, CausEffects offers a reciprocal retail program. Simply put, anyone can buy memorabilia from CausEffects and at the end of every transaction, the buyer designates 10% of that sale to any of our current non-profit clients.

This means that as a non-profit you no longer have to have an auction to raise money with CausEffects. It also means that as a buyer, you will still receive great value in the cost of the item, while contributing to the community right from your computer.
